Wunderground/Weather.com Sync

Module allowing to use weather data from Wunderground/Weather.com within Symcon. Additional features of the component are:
- Upload weather data from a local PWS
- Download of a high level forecast (max 5 days) via geodata
- Download of a detail weather forecast (12h segments, max 5 days) via geodata
- As part of the 5 day forecast the amount of rain will be summarized to be used for irrigation systems.

I M P O R T A N T
This module requires a Wunderground account as well as an API key which can be created when registering a personal weather station (which can be a dummy).
New API key https://www.wunderground.com/member/api-keys (this function is only available post the first upload of data)
